CASS Honours student, Megan Arden is undertaking an honours project investigating the consumer perception of cell-cultured meat. The project is specifically looking at the sensory perception of foods and how they are labelled. Megan’s honours project is supervised by Associate Professor Gie Liem and is in collaboration with Cellular Agriculture Australia (CellAg), supported by their pilot seed program. CellAg recently spoke with Megan about her upcoming research.
