Anesu Magwere

Anesu is a PhD candidate focusing on enhancing plant-based milk alternatives through the use of artificial intelligence. Her research aims to address the current limitations in sensory, functional, and nutritional attributes of these alternatives to achieve better consumer acceptance.

With a background in BSc Hons and MSc degrees and experience in the beer, dairy and pharmaceutical industries, Anesu is equipped a rounded experience within the food sector which she aspires to use for transformative research.
