Tracey Van Grunsven
PhD Candidate
Tracey is a PhD candidate at the CASS Food Research Centre, where her work contributes to the Plants4Age project.
Her doctoral research focuses on the protein transition in older Australians, investigating the barriers and motivators for this population to reduce animal proteins and increase plant-based alternatives. Tracey collaborates with consumers and industry stakeholders to develop practical strategies that support healthy aging, sustainability, and industry success.
Tracey holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Hort) from the University of Melbourne and Master of Human Nutrition from Deakin University.
