Simi Lewin

Project Manager, Associate Research Fellow

Simi is a Project manager at the CASS Food Research Centre with over 6 years’ experience managing small and large scale consumer and sensory studies.
Her experience and knowledge of sensory methodology expands across the food sector having worked extensively with grains, infant formula, seafood and snack foods. Her skills include a broad understanding of sensory and consumer evaluation methodology, participant recruitment and management, questionnaire development and report writing. Simi holds a Bachelor of Food Science and Nutrition from Deakin University, and a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) from Endeavour College. Before working as a project manager at CASS, Simi worked as a product developer for Twinings and Co.
