Peeraporn Pakakaew

Visiting PhD Candidate

Peeraporn is a PhD candidate from the Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, Thailand. She is a visiting PhD student at Deakin University undertaking a research project titled “Preference and perception of fat and golden or black garlic flavor in steamed chicken rice”

Peeraporn graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the Department of Food Science and Technology, Faculty of Technology, Khon Kaen University, Thailand.
